New to HYROX or chasing a PB? Our Sim is for everyone. Scaled options and coaching support mean you can hit it with confidence, whatever your level.
Each Sim gives you an opportunity to built your race confidence. Do this in an environment where you can race at your own pace and take this to an official event.

Each Sim at Beyond Walls follows the official HYROX race structure as close as we can. 8 functional workout stations, each separated by a 1km run — testing strength, endurance, and grit from start to finish.
1km Run
50m Sled Push & 50m Sled Pull
In the Push, drive through the sled with controlled power and grit. The sled pull tests total-body tension and tenacity

1,000m SkiErg
Full-body power and rhythm. The SkiErg tests coordination, efficiency, and upper-body drive

Burpee Broad Jumps
Explosive and exhausting. Maintain form under fatigue as you bound forward.

Find your rhythm and breathe — the row rewards pacing and consistency.

Farmers Carry (2 x 24kg / 2 x 16kg)
Hold tight and keep moving. The farmers carry challenges grip, posture, and mental toughness.

Controlled effort under load. Take steady steps to keep momentum.
